I purchased this refrigerator November 29, 2018 and it was just delivered 2 weeks ago. However, I was told there would be a delay. The refrigerator is great for the price I paid. The only con would be that it's noisy compared to our last one. All in all, I'm happy with this purchase.

I waited quite a while for this product to arrive because of a factory backorder over Christmas. The price and other terms Lowe's offered made the wait acceptable. The unit seems efficient, runs quietly, and has ample room for a lower capacity counter-depth design. The only thing that stands out in terms of unit noise is the sound of ice dropping and the ice machine refilling. Personally, I don't mind that because it tells me that the thing is working correctly. The design of the freezer door results in a very tight clearance between the door molding and the unit's center divide. Unless the unit is exactly level and the door perfectly aligned, there may be slight contact between the surfaces as the door closes. It has no trouble cooling, and was ready to load a couple of hours after powering on. The ice bin is smaller, but the rate of ice production is rapid once it gets going. The door ice and water dispensing switches are a bit quirky, but get easier as one gets used to them. I do like the dispense option for the water side which allows the user to select the amount in ounces, press "dispense", and you no longer have to hold the switch open with the cup.

I don't have any real complaints yet. I like the lighting and the Ice maker. One thing I don't like is that it has some foam insulation from manufacturing around the edge of the door that I will have to clean out.
