We bought this refrigerator a couple of months ago as we needed a counter depth refrigerator. Most counter depths are extremely expensive; however, this refrigerator is reasonably priced and has all the features we needed.

I have had this refrigerator for 9 days, and on the whole I'm happy with it. I can see into it and I'm not bumping my head on the top freezer every time I need to get something out of it. (My old refrigerator) My only issue is with the shelf placement. We had to re-arrange the shelves several times in order for the door to close on the refrigerator side.

We love our new Whirlpool - the side-by-side design and beautiful exterior blends perfectly with our kitchen and we are super excited about not having to bend over to access frozen items from a roll out drawer. We also had a flawless installation experience - installers showed up on time, were courteous and did a wonderful job. The unit is spacious and the interior lighting is bright making everything both readily accessible and easy to see.

Love the refrig. The ice dispenser is GREAT-love the -3 degree ice. The only thing I don't like is the freezer shelf layout-too much space between top and bottom shelf-needs one more shelf
