Love our new 23 cu. ft. Smart Counter Depth 4-Door Flex Refrigerator with Family Hub and Beverage Center in Black Stainless Steel. One of the best features will have to be Beverage Center, its option for a pitcher with filtered water inside the fridge. We had an older fridge which had an option for filtered water as well but you had to hold a pitcher while filling in with water, having a pitcher inside already with water, makes it much easier and faster. Another great option is a dual ice maker, which comes with two ways to make cubes. This feature is great for summer when you can never get enough ice. Another great feature is FlexZone, you can split the freezer and pick which will freeze and which will cool. With triple cooling and UV filter, your food will always be fresh and bacteria-free. In all this Samsung refrigerator comes with a modest design that will fit any new kitchen with ease and the family hub will make it futuristic addition to making your house a smart hub. Would highly recommend it due to features that make the average person's life much easier and better.

I purchased this refrigerator a few weeks ago after our LG one died. So far, we love it. It’s nice to have all the smart features on this fridge. We are able to set timers, play music, control our range and more. It’s also nice to have a place to leave notes or reminders on the screen before we head out. It has Alexa built in and we’ve already been able to take advantage of the reorder feature on the screen as we get low on items. We’re really happy with this fridge so far!

The smart Samsung fridge wowed me with all the bells and whistles. From playing music to viewing pictures to getting recipes to ordering food. It got it all. You don’t know what want until you got this. It’s a jack-of- all trade fridge. It’s sleek-looking and well-built fridge. I like that black stainless steel with finger print resistant. The fridge has three main storage compartments that can be further modified. The top compartment is the normal refrigerator. The bottom two compartments are freezer. However, the bottom right can be changed to a refrigerator if I want. This is done by accessing the built-in app and modifying the temperature. It also comes with the built-in camera and is so useful when grocery shopping albeit, a bit difficult to see everything when it’s fully stocked. But convenient nevertheless. A normal fridge has one water dispenser. However, this is not an ordinary fridge. It has a dispenser and a built-in water pitcher that refills water automatically which I absolutely love. Access to chilled water is instantaneous. Amazing. In addition, this fridge makes two types of ice - regular ice cubes and “ice bites” (smaller ice cubes). They go into two separate trays and come with the scoop. This is genius. No more dirty hands sticking in the ice trays which keep things sanitary. Since it’s a smart fridge, it can be controlled via SmartThings app. Nice way to integrate into Samsung eco. Almost anything can be viewed or controlled via the app. It tracks many statistics like how many times the fridge is open throughout the days. It sends alerts when the fridge is open too long. It can tell how much energy used (monetary wise). Furthermore, the built-in touch screen has many apps and features to make my life easier. I find it responsive and sensitive. Wanna listen to music? Check. Wanna order food online. Check. Wanna see who’s at the door? Check. There are so many things to explore and I’m barely scratching the surface. This fridge has more than met my expectations. It enhances and makes my life easier in ways I never thought possible. I would definitely recommend this fridge.
