I replaced an LG fridge that went out. This fridge is super convenient and has lots of storage space. We love the beverage center and all the smart features. It's super convenient to be able to set timers using Bixby or Alexa while cooking. We love having the Amazon Dash buttons on the screen to quickly and easily reorder common items from Amazon.

Bought this fridge during a Labor Day sale and I got $1500 off the retail price. So I definitely couldn’t pass it up. The black stainless finish looks luxurious. The dual ice maker is awesome and convenient for making alcoholic drinks or chilling your favorite beverage. The Smart screen is awesome with all its app features. The only thing is the space is limited for the price but it’s because I purchased the 23 cu in depth size due to my island getting in the way of opening if I were to get the 28 cu in. But that’s more of a layout problem on my end. Besides that, I’ve been happy with my purchase for the last 2 months.

I was very excited and eager to get this fridge for all the organization components it offered, especially the flex draw option. However, in looking at all the reviews, I was a bit scared that it may break down on me, especially regarding the ice/water feature that many complaint about. However, so far so great! Kids and husband love it. It has only been 10 days or so, so fingers crossed it will stay perfect like this for a long time. Some things my family love: We love the 2 ice features. We love the water pitcher that is filled automatically. We love the 2 ways you can open the upper left side of the fridge (one opens to a beverage center, the other opens to the fridge itself). We love the flex draw and the option to choose how we want to use that part of the fridge, depending on our stored items. and lastly, my kids love the family hub component. They leave cute little messages on the fridge screen. and we love the metal backing inside the fridge. It is much better quality and is supposed to keep things fresh for longer. So new, it is hard to find any issues at all. The only thing I can think of is that the inside of the upper fridge could have had better organization. the shelves and the placement feel a bit odd. In summary, I was about to get a Subzero refrigerator but most were out of stock. I ended up getting this for all the features but hesitated that it would break down soon because of all the bad reviews. However, when this fridge came home, my husband loved it and said, "maybe you did not get your Bentley, but you got us a Tesla honey :) " If my husband is happy, I am happy.
