Bought this a month ago directly from Samsung. 16 days later it went on sale for 600$ less then I realized we didn't receive military discount either. Contacted Samsung was told cut off is 15 days on returns so no discount or price match. (Military discount was 880$ for the set) wouldn't recommend direct purchase from Samsung. Use best buy or someone else that will make things right.

I wanted a basin equivalent to what could be dried in a load. I had no idea what a difference the size would make. I look forward to washing my comforters at home.

this samsung washer does not wash the clothes. this washer only moves the clothes very slowly in the basin! if you do not put the water level on deep level the water will not cover the clothes and the clothes or bedding will be dry after an hour wash. this design was poorly designed to wash our clothes for an hour to still be dirty! the basin is a great size to wash bedding but the water level does not cover the bedding and the movement of the basin does not move to actually shake any dirt of your items. there's no rotation of the clothes while the washer is washing! the clothes just sits there from side by side movement! we're better off washing our items by hand! these new washers looks great but was very poorly designed!
