We have had the unit for about 30 days. Everything is as advertised and no complaints. Much quieter than our old Kenmore front load unit. Very little vibration as the unit spins out.

I bought this almost a month ago. The transition from my 20-year-old top loading machine to this one has been easier than I was expecting. There have been a couple of glitches but as they say it was 'user error'. I like how little detergent is needed, how quiet the machine, even at the highest spin. I do find it low to the ground when emptying it but I plan to remedy that with a pedestal at some point.

I bought washer and dryer. I really like the wash options on the washer. The capacity for me is great. The steam option is a feature that I look forward to using. I’ve only had the machine a month, but so far so good.

Bought the end of June and the touch panel broke by first week of October. It was still u see manufacturers warranty. They were able to fix it, but took over a week for the repair because of having to order the part
