Bought a washer and dryer pair that were made in America as we wanted something that was made here in the UAS. They looked like good heavy duty units so we made the purchase. Had an issue with the washer as it keeps telling us there is a problem with water flow when we use warm or hot water. Works fine with cold. Called Lowes and they swapped out the washer which was great however the new one does the same as the old one did. I have had my water checked and its fine. Called Maytag about the issues we are having. They said they would find a repair man and send him over. Five days later I get an email saying they do not have anyone to repair it in my area and told me to find someone as long as the repair does not cost over $150. I have to foot the bill and then wait to be reimbursed by the company at some point in the future. I would not buy these units unless you want a headache.

We purchased this washer in September and I have been very pleased with the ease of loading and unloading the washer. The cycles are varied enough that I am able to wash every thing. My clothes are clean and fresh smelling . The washer runs silently and I had to double check the first few days I was using it to see if t was actually working. I am happy with this purchase.

I brought this 5 weeks ago and I am disappointed. The wash cycle is so long and it does not get the simple dirt out. You have to pretreat every spot. I had an old Maytag front loader from 1990 and wish I had it back!
