2 service calls and still no answer other than i need to preheat 15 to 20 min after it says it's preheated. i also have to turn my food during cooking to evenly cook. pizza crust is like eating cardboard. air fryer is less than impressive.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

This range comes with a bunch of features including air fry, which we like to use to make chicken wings, fish, and more. We were looking forward to using the griddle pan, which heated up nicely, but we wish there was a way to keep it in place better. It tends to slide a bit on the electric range glass. We've used the lower oven for baking already, too, and our bread came out great! We look forward to using the connect feature soon.

I love my new Samsung Smart Freestanding Gas Range with Flex Duo Stainless Cooktop & Air Fry. I love the griddle and they fact that I can cook two different dishes at once. I love the nonstick stovetop. It does show every little spill on the stovetop. I love the air fryer, it cooks evenly. I have not had a chance to use the self cleaning feature. With the preset buttons it makes cooking easier.

My wife was adamant on a flex duo stove and then we were able to try it! It definitely is a great range the 2 ovens makes it quick and easier to cook big meals. This is great when there are 7 kids to feed. I personally like the smart features. Beening able to have Alexa start the oven is definitely a bonus in my opinion. Overall, this range is a great opportunity to upgrade any kitchen. I highly recommend one

We just received our Samsung Smart Freestanding Electric Range with Flex Duo™. I have to say this is the best oven my husband and I have ever used. We love baking two dishes simultaneously in the oven while having the appliance at two different temperatures. Adjusting the stovetop settings to fit the size of our pots is highly convenient & having an air fryer setting as an added feature is a big plus. I never really thought that syncing your phone with your oven is something I'd like or need but getting notifications when your food is finished cooking is pretty cool. This works especially well when I'm out of the house and can call my husband back at home to take the food out. Lastly, its modern appearance works in our home so well. I don't think we could have found a better oven to fit our small new family.
