After just over one year, the oven/mic combo quit. Something about the electronic boards..repair cost will be north of $600. That's too much for just over a year.

We bought this wall oven/microwave combo in December 2017. We are now in April 2019 (so.. out of warranty) and out of nowhere got an error code that required a service call. $150 for the service call and labor + "the cost of parts" = $465 repair. The service guy told me this is the first time EVER that he has had a repair on this unit that is outside of the warranty (lucky us?). For the price of the appliance, I would expect to enjoy years of use before needing repair + part replacement, but it sounds like I've gotten more use than most if they USUALLY need repair inside of the one year warranty. When it works, I have no complaints, but almost $500 for who knows what parts and labor in less than a year and a half of ownership? Meh..

I have been looking for weeks to find the replacement piece for the turntable in the microwave. We haven’t had our 6months and it cracked just like multiple other people are saying. Where can we get the replacement for this? Is there a better design replacement that won’t keep cracking? Other than that we enjoy the product but this is not going to be good if that piece keeps breaking every couple of months :/

The microwave turntable works only intermittently. I am calling for service -- I will see how that goes. And the reservoir light keeps on blinking saying that it is not closed -- it is as closed as I am going to make it. And the indicator says that the reservoir has water after I emptied it. Not happy with a entire suite of Samsung appliances (except the cooktop, which seems to be great).
