With the Refrigerator...the features, the storage, the look and most of all so far no energy cost i crease. Its been a month and it is good to have another whirlpool Refrigerator after 10 years. The old was still working and we gave it to charity.What a feeling!

Less than a month old; items freezing in one area of refrigerator even after putting temperature up one degree as advised in manual. Less storage items like butter keeper shelf than past refrigerator. Had to get same model as prior bought in 2013 due to space restrictions. Waited 7 weeks for white color! Freezer completely stopped working on prior unit and had many many service calls for ice maker not working on the old unit. Wishing I could’ve repaired my 25 year old Kitchen Aid fridge!

This fridge was delivered a month ago and has been awesome so far. It's nice quality, perfect size (hard to find affordable counter-depth fridge that has this many features for this price point). My biggest complaint is that the directions were for multiple types of fridges so they didn't have detailed instructions included about my fridge so set up was a bit frustrating. I had to go on youtube to learn how to calibrate the auto-fill feature. The fridge also has a slot for an air filter but didn't come with one and the instructions didn't mention the air filter and all product overviews seemed to omit this as well. I purchased air filters on amazon and put one in since it's there. Even though that sounds like a lot, it was all small frustrations for setup and all resolved now and I'm happy with the fridge.

Wanted to downsize from a large 28 cu ft French Door as it seemed I was keeping more air cold than food. Especially like the ice maker on the door as it frees up freezer space. Minor downsides are it could come with more shelves as it has the room and they are very expensive to purchase after and the temperature monitor on the door only sets a temperature, it does not provide an actual reading on inside temps.
