Love My Refrigerator! Things are staying fresh for so long. Not Happy that it took five different times to delivery. Delivery kept being promised and saying in route but never came. Customer Service only gave me a $70 refund for my troubles, what an insult. But Love the Refrigerator.

We purchased this fridge a few months ago. We purchased the counter depth, had more room than I expected. Having one lower compartment capable of fridge or freezer is an excellent feature to give flexibility for use, especially if you buy bulk and own a separate freezer. The beverage center and ice dispenser work flawlessly. Extremely happy with this refrigerator.

Many great features to this fridge - but most notably the beverage center is incredibly useful. The self-refilling pitcher means our active child always has cold water at the ready for sports, with two large buckets of different sized ice to accommodate many different sports bottles. And the counter-depth means the entire fridge is accessible, even things way back of top shelf can be obtained with ease.

This 4-Door Flex Refrigerator with Beverage Center and Dual Ice Maker really has it all. Having four smooth stainless steel doors with no handles or anything breaking the surface immediately takes the look of the kitchen up a notch. But of course, the look alone would be worthless without the right functionality which is where this thing really shines. The Beverage Center - this is really a game changer. Having a water dispenser that doesn’t drip at all so far but even if it did wouldn’t result in ugly visible water stains because it’s hidden behind a secret door is brilliant. Plus a water pitcher that is always full of cold filtered water is next level. For large pours, you just use the pitcher. And the pitcher has the flavor basket if you want to make it into tea or flavored water. It’s awesome! The Dual Ice Maker - this really was a huge selling point for us. We’ve all had the experience of putting your glass against the ice dispenser and waiting as the ice slowly fell out into your glass. Not with this set up. Your ice box is always full and you just scoop and go. And you get two sizes of ice - regular and nugget size - and both are much better shaped for drinking than traditional ice dispenser ice. The Flex Zone - For those who don’t need a lot of freezer space, like us, this is a game changer. Now we can use that bottom right section as our permanent beverage center instead of a freezer. But what’s great is if later we need the freezer space, we can just make it a freezer. I love this concept - having the ability to customize your refrigerator to meet your needs is great! After connecting the fridge to our wife and the Smart Things app, I can fully control the fridge from my phone. But the best part is if someone accidentally leaves the door open, I get a notification on my phone right awayl! I also like that it comes equipped with a UV Deodorizer and the lighting in all compartments is excellent. The shelves on the bottom two sections all pull out so you don’t have to get down on your hands and knees and try to reach something in the back. We’ve been very pleased with this refrigerator from Samsung. Even with the counter-depth size, we have plenty of room for us with the 23 Cubit Feet of space. The design is awesome. They really put a lot of thought into every aspect of this to make it one of the most beautiful and practical refrigerators out there.

When I started renovating my house I needed to start picking out appliances for my kitchen. I decided to go with the 23 cu. ft. Smart Counter Depth 4-Door Flexâ„¢ Refrigerator with Beverage Center & Dual Ice Maker in Stainless steel and I am so happy I did. I love that this refrigerator has so much room for all of our items. I also love that Beverage Center provides quick access to refreshingly cool, filtered water two ways. You can either choose from an internal dispenser or a built-in pitcher that automatically refills, with the option to infuse with a flavor. I also love that there are five adjustable settings. That means I can store things at separate temperatures to optimize their shelf life. I also love the modern look of the refrigerator as well. Another great feature is that if I ever accidently leave the refrigerator door open the 2 minute door alarm goes off and I can close my door right away. I also love t he LED lighting in the refrigerator and the foldable slide in shelf because it allows me to change the shelves to fit my needs. I also love the convenience of being able to control the temperature of my refrigerator from my smartphone. How convenient!
