They have done it!!! Samsung has created (my opinion) the perfect refrigerator. This is the new and much improved Samsung 4 Door flex. So, I was fortunate enough to test out both the older version and the new and improved version that Samsung just released. My old 4 door flex worked great without and issues but there were a few complaints in the older model that Samsung has addressed with the new model and let me say that we absolutely love it. So, some of the features of this refrigerator are the same as the previous 4 door flex such as the Family Hub with Smart Things, built-in speaker, WIFI and the internal cameras, but what Samsung has improved upon with this new unit is the beverage center, Ice maker, and the built-in UV deodorizing and a lot more space. Even though I never encountered any issues with my Ice maker on my older refrigerator, I did have one gripe and that was not enough ice and I guess other had encountered issues with the ice dispenser not working properly or freezing over. To fix the issue of freezing over and not enough Ice, Samsung went some what of the traditional route of bringing back the ice trays but with a twist. Now you have two fairly large bins of Ice, one for the cubed and the other for “Bite”. The new Ice maker still works like a normal ice maker where you have trays that fill up with water and once its frozen it dumps them into the dispenser, but now it dumps them into the bins and this time there is plenty of Ice to go around and I think it works out better this way, because it opened up a lot more space due to not having the large ice maker taking up space. The other improvement over the previous model is the addition of the beverage center, which includes an auto filling water pitcher with a built-in infuser and your water dispense tucked behind a quick access panel. The addition of the water pitcher is a really cool feature along with the infuser, makes water taste great. This other feature is new altogether, the UV deodorizing filter. Now to see if this filter actually worked, warmed up some fish and left it in the fridge to see if my fridge would have that fishy smell and to my surprise it actually worked well. Not only did my fridge not stink, but you could not smell anything. Overall, I think Samsung did an outstanding job with the new Samsung 4 door flex, my family absolutely loves the new refrigerator with new beverage center, dual ice maker, UV deodorizer and much more space and also still making our lives a

Got a fridge a month ago and loving it so far. I thought the family hub is for nerd like me but my family ended it using it a lot specially on the calendar app. I use the water jar feature more than I anticipated.

First of all I just want to say that I am a loyal Samsung consumer. I purchase their phones, TVs, and appliances. I've had a Samsung fridge in the past and while it did have a few issues, I knew not to venture out to another brand. This fridge is absolutely amazing and my favorite one yet. The beverage center is a brilliant feature and allows you to grab fresh water or a soda without opening the main doors. We have a big freezer in our garage, so we use the flex zone as a fridge to keep our fresh meat separate from the rest of our produce and only use the bottom left side as a freezer (for our ice cream!). Another reviewer left a low rating because they were not pleased with the apps and phone compatibility which I think is unfair because it sounds like they have an iPhone. Come on! Obviously this is going to work better with a Samsung device. Plus Samsung is better than Apple anyway so jump on bandwagon and get a Galaxy phone! So far, the apps work great and we love using the timer feature because it makes cooking a breeze! You can have multiple timers going at once and give them custom names. It syncs with my Google calendar, Ring cameras and smart lights. It really is the perfect smart hub! Another reviewer gave it only 1 star because it was dented in shipping which in my opinion is also unfair. These reviews are for the product and if the shipper damaged the product please don't give Samsung a bad review! Overall, I am completely satisfied with my purchase and wanted to leave this review to tell others to ignore those bad ratings. They were based on unfair assessments. It is in a higher price range, but it is definitely worth your money if you are someone like me who is particular about refrigerators.

dont buy this refriderator! it’s not worth the money. the mirror function doesn’t work with the newest tv. the family hub instructions are not for this upgraded refrigerator which makes a lot of the amenities not available. the pandora app freezes a lot. a lot of the installed apps you don’t use and you can’t install apps you do use. definitely not the refrigerator for apple iphone users. this has truly been a letdown especially since i waited for my refrigerator to arrive after being on back order. contacting the help chat line was useless they could not help me mirror my samsung tv to my samsung refrigerator. both items are the newest series.
