I have had side-by-side, French door, water and ice in the door refrigerators in the past and wouldn't have any of those again. The side-by-side with freezer on one side and fridge on the other makes you bend down to see your food on the lower levels and the shelves are narrow. The French door with bottom freezer has limited fridge space. The ice and water in the door requires filter replacement and repairs when it breaks - and it always breaks. And the icemaker in the door takes up a huge amount of fridge space. This model is one I've had in a second home in the past and loved it, so I bought it again. You can actually see all of your food because it is at eye level; no more stooping to look at the lower shelves. The same is true of your frozen items - easy to sort them in the compartments and easy to see what you have. And the fridge shelves are wide! No problem with party trays or the holiday turkey. It also has a sleek look fits in nicely with today's modern décor. Big hit and so glad I bought it!!!

I bought the fridge about a month ago and I'm happy with it. The ice maker does make smaller cubes than my old one, they just melt faster. It is a bit noise when running. I do like the full drawer.

When received the door had some marks on it, new door was ordered. Second door had a dent in the side of it, new one ordered. Like they say third time is a charm -- all ok.
