After getting 3 different units because the craft ice maker didnt work my ice maker has been replaced twice and is still broken. This has been the single worst experience I have ever had in purchasing a high end appliance. I was told the last time I called that my warranty is no longer valid so I will need to pay for the repairs myself despite this being an issue since day one. In addition to the garbage craft ice unit the regular ice output is so minimal I need to fill my freezer with trays and purchased ice all year long. I am in the whiskey business and handle 7 states. Craft ice is why I bought this fridge and I have zero craft ice balls after hours on the phone with your company 3 different units and multiple trips out with repairmen. So disappointing.

Ive had this fridge for about 1.5 years. overall I really like it. The craft ice maker is a hit with my guests and the fridge stays at steady temp even when I over stuff it and the built-in air-fresher filter keep the fridge smelling nice even when I store kimchi and Chinese garlic chives in it. My only complaint... and its a fairly big one is the regular door ice-maker refuses to release the ice from the trey even AFTER its done freezing it. Every day I have to hit the reset button on the door ice maker to get it to release the ice its made but just sitting in the trey waiting... ever waiting... If this wasnt an issue I would rate this 5 stars without any hesitation.
