I havent experienced LG in the past however I am more than pleased with the size and features of this refrigerator and the customer service reps thus far. The shelves lighting ice maker door cooling door alarm digital readouts finger printless exterior and overall footprint are perfect for my kitchen. The storage space is substantial for a single door model. It easily handles larger containers of food and the door shelves hold so much. They are strong and sturdy. This refrigerator holds anything from the smallest to the largest with ease. It may be a few inches thinner in width than the double door model but Im not complaining by any stretch There were scratches on the finish of the freezer door and the customer service team went above and beyond to take preferential care of me. Thank you Chasity and the rest of the LG team You deserve five stars.

The refridgerator is great but the noise it makes upon startup is not The fridge makes a loud banging noise when it starts. Ive inquired via chat with LG but I guess we just have to live with it because thats just how this fridge is. Im sorry I didnt pick a different brand. =
