I bought this last month when my other washing machine died. I love the new washer. My clothes seem to be a lot cleaner and fresh smelling. An added bonus is that the washing machine doesnt stink like the previous 2 Ive had

New Technology Just Takes Getting Used To

I only had a chance to do a few loads in my new washer but one was a waterproof blanket use to protect a loveseat from cat urine and vomit. The movers had wrapped it up with the loveseat and I hadnt been aware it had been peed on After 5 months in storage it was pretty stinky I used the waterproof setting and a single HE soap pod and it came out great Id read a lot of negative reviews about the new technology and I figured it had something to do with people not understanding how things work. I found a short video and then a longer article online explaining why people were complaining and I was right. I chose the machine with the impeller to give me more room for things like the blanket quilts and sheets and I wanted the new technology to save energy. I do wish the machine had a better online manual and a short printed one that could be kept on hand for quick reference. I made the mistake of trying to do a load that was too small and had the issue of the spin cycle not working right and then the machine filling repeatedly but I stopped the machine threw in some other items and the new load worked just like it should. The new machine will take some getting used to but thats more about me figuring out how it works.

I purchased the washer on the 24th it was delivered on the 30th and we discovered 3 hrs after arrival that it was defective. We spent the next 36 hrs trying to figure out how to get it replaced and that was a colossal headache I wouldnt wish on anyone with no one taking responsibility and being passed back and forth between LG and the store we purchased from. Our replacement arrived on the 8th. So far it works but after the disastrous first experience Im not counting any chickens.
