I purchased this product last week. I wasnt aware of the 48 hr return policy. Unfortunately we had to was a few loads to truly understand the deficiencies of this unit. The water level is too low to throughly clean all the load. Many items float above the water line and never get pulled down into the water by the agitator for clearning. Now that weve experienced this problem were being told its too late for a return or refund. VERY frustrating. I plan to blow this out to social media if we can not get a reasonable remedy

Not recommended- even with the extra water function spots on clothing are not properly washed or rinsed. When I do manage to get enough water the agitator is a poor excuse for proper agitation and clothing on top stay on top and not pulled into the water as they should be.

This LG washer is a joke. 1.After wash is leaves all the dirty on the ring even you tried all combinations of buttons plusWater extra rinse heavy/deep wash try all kinds of detergent all kinds of wash loads you end up being a cleaner for this machine after each wash. 2.I used the machine to wash two bed sheets after wash cycle the one spinned on the top is wet the other wrapped under is still partially DRY This machine is great for youtubers to make a viral video to show how you can become a victims of a wash machine.
