We received the washer and it's great! The only negative for me personally, is I'm short and have to bend over with my head in to reach the clothes at the bottom. It gets the clothes clean and is very user friendly and easy to navigate.

The Samsung extra large capacity washer can tackle any load you put in it. The drum is very large and can wash up to a large comforter. I really appreciate the pre-loaded soap and softener dispenser. It makes washing clothes a breeze not having to measure out detergent or softener. Also, I like the ability select the speed wash function for a quick wash. One area I’ve noticed needs improvement is the spin cycle. If it’s too high it will leave your clothes extra wrinkly. Otherwise, we’ve been very happy with this washer.

First Auto Dispense may be the best thing to be included with a washing machine. The wifi is a plus but my kids no longer over use laundry detergent. The washer is large! My clothes are clean when they are washed and smell so good. It's been a while since I had a top loader and it reminds me so much of my front loader. The machine is very quiet. I would recommend to anyone.

This washing machine is great! It has so many settings that can be used and changed in hundreds of different ways. I definitely prefer a top loader. I have had a front loader before and you have to leave the door open or mold gets in the way. If you have a small laundry room, a front loader will definitely get in the way plus it is dangerous for little kids. There is no worries like that at all with this washing machine. I am old school so a small part of me still misses a center agitator in the washing machine, but this Samsung washing machine makes me forget all about needing one. It really gets things super clean! The super speed setting is great! I can’t tell you how often a child reminds me super late at night or the morning of school about something they need (Oh yeah, I am supposed to take this back to my friend that I borrowed it from yesterday, or oh no I have practice and my uniform isn’t clean…). This washer saves the day! I can easily throw something in on the quick wash setting and have clean clothes in about 30 minutes – even with heavy soil, deep wash, and high spin setting selected. Another unique feature is the water jet. While the washing machine fills with a normal waterfall inside the drum, the water jet is right inside the top and pushes out a fairly strong stream of water. This is turned on under the drum with the push of a button. This is great for washing things by hand, rinsing out items before a normal wash, or wetting during pretreating. You can then rinse and spin or just spin it in the washing machine. Last but not least, the app that goes with the washer and dryer set is great. I like being able to download and customize different settings as needed.
