I just received delivery of my washer last week. I did not use it right away because it was far too nice for my very dingy basement laundry room. Yes, I had to put lipstick on my ugly laundry room before I could use this washer. Well, I have not completely finished with the room, but I started using this unit a couple of days ago and it did not upset. The drum is cavernous and it was difficult to gauge exactly how big it was because what would fill my old washer only took up a very small portion of this unit. I am still learning how to use this vey sophisticated unit, but I am very satisfied with the results so far. The washer does not use much water and I am not certain that this is part of its normal operation, so I find myself using the Deep Fill function just to be on the safe side. My clothes smell fresher after being washed compared to my old unit. I find myself mesmerized trying to peer through the semi-transparent door to see the magic happening inside. I wish there was a light inside because I would not hesitate to stay and watch the whole cycle. The cycle for a normal wash does seem a little long; it's probably because I am using improper settings, but it's still very new and I am still learning. I must also mention that this washer is very quiet. I give this washer a 5 for looks and performance.

So far so good. I didn't get my washer/dryer until last Monday. We've been able to run several loads through them and they are working great. I love the extra capacity. The washer is so big, I can barely reach the bottom of the tub. It also seems like our clothes are coming out a little cleaner than with our older washer/dryer units. I've hooked up each to the SmartThings app. I can get basic notifications and am still working on what else I can do remotely. I like the options for the different types of washes. Also nice is the quick wash for those items that aren't really that dirty and just need to be put through quickly and save some energy. Another neat option is the see through lid. I like to be able to see into the tank and see what it is doing.

would have been nice to get to use the washer before it broke but i received a bad apple. no sooner than the installers left, there was water all over the floor. checked all the connections to find that the machine is leaking from the bottom. now i have to wait for who knows how long to get a replacement...would have been nice to be able to use it before it broke!

very happy with this washer. the drum is huge! i can fit all my queen size bedding in one load; sheets blankets and spread! i really like the delay start feature. i like being able to put a load in at night and have it run in the morning finishing when i get up so the clothes aren't sitting wet in the washer all night. at first i laughed about linking a washer to the internet but i really like receiving a notice on my phone when a load is done. ran our first clean washer cycle today. very glad it has this feature. the only negative is that the drum is so big i can't reach the bottom. i'm 5'2" and when there are small items in the load i have to put my head and upper body into the drum and my feet come completely off the floor so i can reach them.
