The washer itself is very visually attractive and sturdy. Plus the washer interior is very large with stainless steel and no agitator, which you can wash very large loads and large items very easily. Of course the washer has smart compatibility, and you can change settings on your phone and upload custom wash cycles. One feature I noticed right away is the Vibration Reduction Technology. The washer is able to sense and balance the load, including heavy loads, which makes the spin cycle much quieter and with less movement. I don't have to worry about putting rugs and comforters in the washing machine. Also, the bedding preset is very useful. It dries bedding more thoroughly, and I don't have to dry sheets and comforters over and over again.

The wait was well worth it. Our stackable set recently gave out on us and this was a perfect replacement. We are a multigenerational household so we have tons of laundry! The Washer is a great size it can handle clothes, blankets, and comforters. We were so surprised how beautiful the unit is in person. The controls are easy to use, very intuitive. Our last unit was a front loader and we are definitely happy with the top loader instead. You can set it to any number of rinses and spin cycles or even no spin cycle. Definitely love the how the clothes are so much more dry coming out of the washer. Run your towels on the "white cycle" fluffy beautiful towels. Highly recommended washer.

I am just completely love my washer. The ivory color with tinted glass lid looks stunning . The drum looks really big and hold a lot more clothes than my previous washer. So many new options . With sports kids , active wear option is very helpful. It also has option to wash waterproof mats, jackets. The additional comparent for bleach . We can choose level of spins and number of rinses. We tested wfi settings and it's amazing . It also has self clean reminder. Love it. I would like to add a few features that I love The quality of the plastics used at small places The vibration of the machine while running is nil The noise is extremely low comparatively, much lower than my previous washer I like water proof washing feature which helps me washing outdoor picnic mats, mattress protector and jackets. Another notable feature is this washer has option to choose number of rinses accordingly . The time adjusts accordingly without changing the setting . As overall I like the appearance and quality . I love the Samsung washer more than the Samsung range lol

This is a nice and quiet washer! I love that it is a top loader because it looks neater for a washer. I like the sleek design and the gold knob to change the settings. I think it is a very deep washer. While it does hold a lot of clothes and heavy blankets, I almost need a step stool to bend over the washer to reach things. I have considered buying a "grabber" just for this reason. I like that is is compatible with the Smart Things app, and I can make pre-set settings for my loads of laundry. The settings are highly customizable and I love the little song it chimes when my laundry is ready.

I am incredibly happy with my purchase of the Samsung top load washer. It has a huge capacity, which is great because I have a toddler who goes through multiple outfits a day and I frequently need to do large loads of laundry. All of the different setting options help provide the most appropriate wash for the various items that I have. The SmartThings app is an incredible extra feature that I never would have thought existed! I am super happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anybody.
