The washer flooded our laundry room after the gasket was ripped open by the machine. Quite literally days before our LG manufacturer warranty. We did not get this washer fixed using their warranty service until TWO WEEKS AFTER it broke. Constant delays part took an entire week to be ordered. Needless to say do NOT buy this washer

Very quiet washer cleans well. The washer does have problems balancing the load before a spin cycle. Aside from that Im very happy with the washer.

I bought this and I love it. Had a problem with it walking and spinning out loud. I went and talked to Lowe. They told me to check the packaging bolt. They had only taken 1 of 4 out.
