We bought this washer along with the matching dryer. So far despite increasing the concentration level of detergent for the load and go, no detergent is actually getting distributed from the machine. We have checked that the machine is level, we have tried everything so far (I think). We can’t get it to work... so far the verdict is still out on whether we would recommend this item. If this doesn’t get resolved we would not recommend. I will update my review once I figure out the error...

We waited 8months for our washer & dryer set and it was well worth the wait! I love the features! The touch screen, the text/email notifications and the auto dispenser for soap & softener- I absolutely love it. Plus it’s fast at washing and has a large drum to handle big bulky items like my king duvet with room to spare!

We replaced our existing HE too load washer with this one and we actually feel like our clothes are getting fully cleaned now. The setup is very easy and the added app/remote features make it very convenient to start laundry remotely and get notified when it is finished. The added fresh fan makes it really easy to keep clothes fresh when you cannot get them out right away.
