I bought this just over a year ago and it worked like a charm. I like the many load options and the tub clean cycle. Just out of warranty the metal ring that keeps the tub seal in place broke off with seemingly no good reason. Lg said i was out of the warranty period but when I pushed the issue they sent out a tech for free to fix it. Hopefully this continues to work well in to the future.

I get a big blast of steam out of the washer every time I open it after a wash. This happens even with the hot water turned off at the tap. Its really strange and tech support has no idea why it happens. I think its damaging my clothes and this unit will be returned if I can.
