My old washer quit so I needed a new one. I was looking for an affordable front load and this one was available in stock. Ive used it for many loads and it has met my expectations. Clothes spin out very well so they dry quicker than my last machine which was a top load. Im pleased with the controls and selection.

Bought from Lowes at a great price. Does a great job on clothes. Limits the amount of water and electricity used. Energy Star appliance. Only downfall to purchase was they did not have pedestals available and still on back order for months now Hence the 4 star rating.

I bought this through Lowes. The drum is cracked and it leaked from the first use on. LG will not honor the warranty.
