Absolute worst performing particularly as a dryer

All I can say is wow. Ive owned this machine for nine months and we got it brand new in a rental unit. We are renting for a couple years. I have never experienced such a horrendous performing device in my life. The washing portion is fine except once you set the modes its locked in. Short of powering it off and starting from scratch. But its the dryer thats a nightmare when it goes into the dry mode or if you enable drying separately after youve washed which is likely what youre going to have to do because you can only dry half the amount of the capacity of the bin and if you try to use the all in one cycle where it washes and dries youll be very sorry Everything you own will come out a crinkled mess unlike anything youve ever seen not even repairable by a hot iron and steam . The heat on the dry mode set in normal is extremely hot so hot that you cant touch any metal on your jeans when you take it out and it does that because it has to. Theres little to no air circulation within the bin. It just gets very very hot. Its supposedly a condensing dryer but I dont understand its constantly turning on a pump to get rid of the water but it gets way too hot and makes the clothes way hot and it gives them a weird smell that permeates the entire room its been in. Weve had it for a year now and the smell has not gone away. At first we thought the smell would burn off because it was a new product but it hasnt and the smell not only permeates the room every time we use it but it permeates the clothes that are dried in it and it doesnt go away . Ive never seen a device that could wrinkle clothes so badly as this. We seriously tried to iron mist steam and press clothes after theyve come out of the dryer and the wrinkles are permanent. Its unbelievable. Also it has a beautiful feature that you cant open during a dry cycle that takes three hours normally when I wash clothes and dry them I take clothes out as they become dry based on their density. If its a fine fabric we remove it earlier if its heavier like denim it stays in longer until its dry. Theres no way to open this machine at all and theres no way to do anything until its completed cycle other than power it down . Then you have to wait minutes after the power down before it unlocks the door. Then the clothes are just steaming hard. Unfortunately its our only option in this rental so we are stuck with it but we are sending more and more clothes that we care about out and only using this machine for things like underwear and towels where were not that concerned about what its going to do to the clothes and certainly nothing that requires ironing should ever be put in there . I know there are compromises with all-in -one machines but its like they never figured out the dry part and it should never be used unless for towels or underwear. Im sure they couldnt figure out how to achieve airflow thru the clothes to properly dry and make it watertight for the washer.

A SMALL plastic piece broke within 5 mos. Ihad water everywhere Customer service was so difficult and refused to acknowledge it was anything serious and insisted I trouble shoot the issue. It was a stressful situation because They did not listen. The repairman was awesome.

After moving into a larger home just a couple months ago my new laundry room was unfortunately significantly smaller. The layout presented a challenge when looking for laundry appliances that would fit or at least not take up every bit of available space. After searching extensively for compact appliances I came across this gem. I went with a smaller size since I dont go through a lot of laundry in a week but its been great. Takes up a small amount of space convenient efficient and rather quiet. Everyone has their own needs and expectations when it comes to things like this and it fulfills them perfectly.

Vibrates away from the wall

This items directions for operating the settings is for tech savvy people only. This unit also vibrates several inches away from the wall. After each wash I have to push it back into place. I have a modular home that is on anchors and concrete pads and my whole home vibrates when this unit is in spin cycle.
