I purchased this over the phone without even looking at it at was extremely surprised at how nice it was. For the price I was expecting something very basic but this has so many features and is really big. Best of all it works great. I am beyond happy with my new dryer.

A Broken Switch Required A New Dryer

Five years ago we bought a new dryer for our new condo. It broke. Our home protection company took a week to arrive and when they did they explained the switch broke. Sine they didn’t have any in inventory they had to order one. The technician told us this happens all the time with this model. He temporarily fixed it by moving another switch onto where our broken switch was. About a week later we got a call saying the switch wasn’t available and they didn’t know when it would be because of supply chain issues. We went and bought another machine because without a dryer we had problems. The salesman also told us he heard the switch breaks all the time.
