Very handsome appliance, matches my washing machine perfectly. Looks like a set. Nice and spacious. Performs very well. Buzzer (sound) let's you know when its almost done drying your clothes

Super noisy, scraping sounds with wet clothes

Since day it was delivered this dryer it has made screeching and scarping sounds. Usually wet clothes and early in the cycle and as it dries the noise goes away. Noise worse with heavy bath towels and maybe not at all with socks. When I open the door I can see the clothes scraping across the door, either that or its weight is pushing on the belts somehow when it is wet. Awful. Do not know if I have a lemon and the belts and clips are just not installed correctly or it is not level and the heavy wet clothes make it off balance. In either case for $649 dollars I am very unhappy. I do like how it dries fast and how it looks but not sure about the product. I hate to pay for someone to come look at it when from day one it did not perform. I am happy to take a recording and send it to you and then you can comment but I would need an email or text.

Does everything its supposed to. The buzzer is a too loud. This was the only dryer that would fit my space
