I am pleased with the dryer. The only problems Ive had is that the plastic frame around the dryer vent cracked and the vent itself is keeping fine dusty lint around its edges.

Replaced our old unit with DLEX4000W after much research. Everything works as advertised and love all the features. Using regular cycle is a no brainer and lets us know when cycles are done on our phones.

This would be my second LG dryer in the last 13 years. I would recommend this product never had a problem and did all for service. My towels get the steam cycle after every used this way I can wash them less often.
