our old Whirlpool Gold gas slide-in range needed replacing because of a fried ERC and touch pad. This range with its smart features was our choice. I really like the hinged cast iron grates for cleaning and having a 5th burner with a griddle. Also I appreciate the smart feature controls on my phone even though I thought I wouldn't use it. Just the oven timer notifications alone are worth it!

We like the range but our old range had a safety feature that required the knobs to be pushed in before turning. It’s too easy to brush by new range and make the knob turn a little releasing gas

I bought this last month for the remodel of my kitchen. I have never used gas fuel before always had electric so I have a slight learning curve but so far it is very responsive. I love the different features as well as it being a SMART appliance. These added features really helped with my learning curve & took a lot of stress out of the experimenting with cooking. I also really like that since I put the app for this stove on my tablet I get recipes to try out too!

I’ve had the range about 3 weeks now. I love the oven size. The size of the burners work well too .One two things not liking is the smart technology on the top for the simple fact when I wipe down the oven it is turning everything off and on even with the control lock set the wiping still makes it open sometimes. The timer isn’t very loud as well. Things I’m learning to work around.
