Great unit with only a couple disappointments

This is our first Gas fired oven. We love this unit however there are a couple shortcomings, that even if we had known about them, we still would have purchased. We have a full suite of profile appliances and we are happy with them all. The alarm/ready volume on the time and oven preheat is much much to faint. We have a full vented commercial hood and when this is on, we cannot hear the alarm. Thankfulkly, there is a network connection to the oven so we can at least get it on our phone. The Light on and off dial. This dial is a repurposed dial from one of the burners! You mean to tell me will all ht money we spent on this unit, you couldn't make a dial specific for the oven lights? seems like a cheap way out. The touch screen is once but if your not touching straight on, it does not activate when in sleep mode. All in all, we love the unit and are quite happy within.

Professional look and performance. This gas range has many features found on ranges costing $1,000 more. Solidly built to last. Double oven a real bonus, along with central burner and tri-btu burner. Great looks and value.

Looks great and we love the double oven with air fryer feature. My complaint is that the burner stained brown when water boiled over after only having it for 1 week. Had to spend $50 in parts for a new burner so our brand new stove wasn’t stained.

Love the look and features of this range. I used the bottom oven 3 times and the fourth time I put a 13# turkey in and it quit in the middle of cooking this turkey. I had to throw out the half cooked turkey! The repair men replaced the igniter. The very next time I tried to use the bottom oven to cook a 15# ham, it would not even turn on. I’ve only had this oven a few weeks and it still does not work!!!
