I bought this product 10 months ago and within four months its digit panel light stop working. Called customer service while under warranty and I was transferred many times and end result no help at all. Its really bad service.

Bought this prior to the pandemic. It worked like a charm for 2 years then the touchpad went out during pandemic. Only the top 3 numbers worked. Ordered a new one online from Sears parts and replaced it. Worked for another year. Same deal. Cannot get anyone to repair and can no longer get a new touchpad. Apparently common issue.

We had put off buying a new range /oven but I finally could not put up with the uneven temperatures in my oven. The broil also was iffy and when you go to all the work of cooking and baking you want it to turn out. I love having an oven that really bakes evenly with consistent temperature throughout and the convection bake feature is wonderful. The top looks new every day its so easy to clean. Cant say enough good about it so far.

I have had this range for about a month. I love the air fryer option and center grill option. I can now replace my countertop air fryer. I like that I can choose between regular baking and convection. Im not impressed with the wi-fi feature as I have to manually turn the know to wi-fi just to set the range from my phone. I do however love that it notifies my phone when the temp and cook times are complete.
