Ive had my oven for about 2 months. Its beautiful and works well. I had a problem with the enamel on one burner cover crumbling after the first use but LG easily and quickly replaced it and I havent had any issues since. I feel like the remote start was a little let down. You have to have the remote start dial turned on in order to be able to use the feature soif I forget to do that before leaving the house I cant remote start on my way home from work. Not a big deal though.

Third range delivered finally no damage to the oven door. Poor packing around the door made for returns twice due to shipping damage. Now to the range itself. This range is not only beautiful in appearance but also in features. the burners are more than adequate and easy to clean as is the oven and stove top. The knobs a little more difficult to clean due to the closeness to each other The oven control is great because if you accidentally turn the knob by cleaning or laening over the stove you still have to set the LED controls to have it turn on. I like the knock on the vista glass door to turn on the light in the oven without opening the door. I gave this range only three stars because for the life of me I cant get it to connect to the website or my iPhone and believe me I tried many different ways. Its one of the reasons I bought this range and now I cant remotely control it. The model isnt even listed on the LG website so I used the closest model I could find and that was to no Avail. So if you really want or need the Internet controls and downloads then stay away from this range and LG Electronics because it is totally frustrating

Really wanted to love this ovenbought an entire LGkitchen suite and laundry setup during a recent renovation. The cook options are wonderful and the temperature spot on. Unfortunately the heat coming from the back vents has permanently stained burned? my white quartz backsplash an ugly yellow color. This most likely happened during the self clean cycle because of the high heat. Wish LG made some sort of heat deflector that I could add to the back to direct that high heat away from the back wall. Now Im forced to replace that section of the backsplash with something that can withstand the intense heat. LG should offer an optional add on to address this problem. I consider this an epic design fail. A real shame.
