Great item, but misses a few marks

To start with, this is a very sleek design oven and I love the color. I got the stainless steel black version and I was a bit scared that it would be too dark for my kitchen, but the black has a silver tint to it and the color is perfect. A large selling point for me was the wifi capabilities which I was sad to learn that with the gas stove this does not work the same as with the electric. I feel that this should be made more visible to those looking up this stove. With the gas you cannot preheat from your phone. The wifi allows you to set timers, and adjust temperature, not really things that I need my phone to use. The dual oven is a fantastic addition and while its not something I need all the time, it is a good option for a meal with multiple courses. The middle griddle on top has worked great and does a fantastic job for breakfast food ( pancakes, omelets) It heats evenly and uniformly and cooks well. The air fryer is another spot that just slightly misses the mark. I used it for chicken nuggets and fries and they came out pretty good, but chicken wings were a mess. The amount of grease that dripped down caused a massive amount of smoke and set off many smoke alarms, multiple times. The instructions to put a pan under worked to catch the grease but it seemed to be too far away that it started to burn. This is something Ill need to figure out a better way to catch the grease so that it doesn't smoke. The air fryer addition is nice though otherwise, another piece of unneeded extra equipment in my kitchen. Another benefit of this for me is the burner covers. They go all the way to the ends of the stovetop and give ample space for pans and spacing. Plus, it seems to protect for accidental drops and burns. All in all this is a great oven so far, even though so features were a bit misleading to me. I would still recommend this product.

Because I am with a new kitchen appliance like I imagine some men are when it comes to their ATVs or boats or other exciting “toys”, I couldn’t wait for my Samsung Flex Duo Gas range with Air Fry! You see, the kitchen is my get away! Then I get to equip it with this beauty and I really am in culinary heaven! If I sound over the top, please keep a couple things in mind. 1st, I show love through cooking for my family (did I mention that I have 9 adult children?). 2nd, after surviving a massive brain stem stroke 8 years ago, I am committed to doing what I love today! So, back to my new Flex Duo…which I LOVE!!! The thing I was most surprised by is how little excitement I felt when using the Air Fry feature. Actually, over the last 2 months, I’ve only used it a few times. I’m more excited about having a double oven during the hottest months in Las Vegas! The option of baking a cake in July was previously off the table. Now, however, it seems like it’s back as an option. I can now heat only a portion of the oven and using the smart oven feature I can pre-heat& turn the oven off when finished and not near it. This is important, because since the stroke, I’m highly distractible. The results of this are either I will pre-heat the oven and forget all about it or I sometimes forget to either take my baked item out of the oven or turn the oven off. With the features offered here, I don’t have to worry about any of these things! I just program my smart oven to do what I want it to do. Yes, I do personally need to put the unbaked item in the oven lol; however, I’m less likely to forget with a little chime going off on my devices to remind me that my oven is heated. The final surprise that I had no idea I was going to LOVE about this range is the griddle /middle burner! I am shocked to tell you that I have probably used it at least 5x per week over the last couple months. I no longer have to pull out my bulky electric skillet to make grilled cheese, toast buns or even cook pancakes. I’ve used it for everything that I have ever used my big griddle for and it works perfectly! Did I mention that it’s super easy to clean? That’s not just for the griddle pan, I feel like the whole stove top wipes down nicely. I’m thrilled to be eliminating at least 2 of my smaller kitchen appliances now that I have this new range. Since I have replaced almost all my homes appliances over the last couple years, I can honestly say that my Samsung Duo is the one I’m most thrilled about!!!

This oven is everything I hoped it would be and more! It looks fantastic, but also has reliable, easy-to-use burners and the ovens actually brown my baked goods. It heats very well. This is the first time I have had a double oven. I love that I can cook two different things at different temperatures at the same time. The burners stretch across to the outer edges of the stove, with a removable griddle in the center.The different size burners are also a plus. I have not use the griddle yet but looking forward to it and will also looking forward to use lots of features like e.g. WiFi connectivity, air fry, etc

I have been looking at ranges for the past 18 months as I wanted a double oven with the air fryer capabilities. The Samsung Smart Freestanding Gas Range with Flex Duo™, Stainless Cooktop & Air Fry 6.0 cu. ft. Capacity in Black Stainless Steel (NX60A6751SG/AA) offered the features I felt was important in an attractive package. Not only is the range attractive, the performance is off the charts. The range is very intuitive and easy to use. I like the double oven configuration and range/oven heating is fast and evenly distributed to create optimal cooking outcomes. The double oven feature is great for family sized meals as well as solo dining. Being able to cook at different temperatures ensures nothing is burnt, overcooked or undercooked. I love the flexibility and ease. Personally, I have not found an air fryer that I felt made delicious food however this is the best I have experienced - my french fries didn't taste like cardboard and the speed was amazing. Overall, this is by far my favorite range due to the intelligent design, features and convenience. I wholeheartedly recommend the Samsung Smart Freestanding Gas Range with Flex Duo™, Stainless Cooktop & Air Fry 6.0 cu. ft. Capacity in Black Stainless Steel (NX60A6751SG/AA).

That saying, “Happy Wife, Happy Life” has never been so true as it is right now in our household since our Samsung Smart Freestanding Gas Range with Flex Duo™, Stainless Cooktop & Air Fry 6.0 cu. ft. Capacity in Black Stainless Steel. We were going out of town for Thanksgiving and I honestly thought she was going to cancel our trip just to cook Thanksgiving dinner in her new range! She truly loves it! The feature that probably excites me the most, as a non cooker, but a bill payer nonetheless, is the duo oven. Living in Las Vegas, I have pretty much restricted the times when the oven can be used, because the last thing I need is to heat the whole house up because she wants to put something in the oven. I realize that the menu is more limited by this fact; however, I haven’t been able to justify a liassize-fare attitude about it with AC costs directly opposing the oven use. Now, I am able to chill a no with the realization that my wife can use the smaller top part of the oven & it use way less energy and not be concerned about massive heating of the house. There’s other cool features that look pretty exciting, but we’ve been traveling a lot. When we have more time working with it, I’m confident it will be even better.
