I’ve only had the stove for a couple of weeks now. Everything works just as expected. The only downfall is keeping the cooktop clean. Wish that drip pans were installed to catch any splatters. Also the timer only beats one time, so if you are not in the room you may miss it.

This is my 3rd Kitchenaid range and I cannot say how unhappy I am with its performance. It looks beautiful in my new kitchen but that's about it. I had a gas line specially installed so I could have this range in my new home as I loved the one I left behind in our old house. Well this one is awful! It is completely unresponsive and I cannot get the burners low enough to simmer anything. Everything boils ALL the time. There are two large burners and they are right in the front so your big pots block everything behind them. The grills over the burners are hard to remove and impossible to clean underneath without removing almost everything on the stove. The timer and the preheat sound are exactly the same so if you set the timer and are not close to the stove you never hear it. And, the timer doesn't have an off button so every time you try to turn it off, it turns off the oven or it turns on the timer depending on how you try to turn it off. If it weren't brand new I would be looking to replace it, but my husband would have a heart attack. On a side note, my old oven was blue inside and it was easier to see what was baking inside and easier on the eye than the dark grey finish which this oven has. Not a deal breaker, but I'm just adding it to the list of all the other disappointments with this model.
Worst Range I have ever owned!!

We have had this range for 5 weeks. Upon first use of the oven, the convection fan was not working and the motor had to be replaced. I have been cooking for over 50 years and everything I bake, roast or broil in this oven comes out either raw or overcooked. The aquapure "cleaning" system is a complete waste. After two tries, I was on my 70-yr-old knees scrubbing out the oven by hand. The "stainless" steel cooktop is no easier to clean and the grates are hooked together in a weird way, forcing removal of both at once. The main burners are in each front corner and flames dangerously shoot out from the bottom of my 12 inch pans and 10- 12 qt. pots, forcing the consistent use of potholders. I am still trying to figure out the very user-unfriendly digital controls. I've shut off the oven multiple times by accident as well as the timer. Yesterday I incinerated a bundt cake. After only six weeks of daily use, I am already trying to justify how long I can deal with this beast before sending it to the trash heap and buying a range that has been designed by people who have actually cooked in a real kitchen.
Oven Temperature Stinks

I bought this stove about a year ago and noticed that whenever I bake, it always took a lot longer for food to get done. Today I turned the oven on to 350 and put an oven thermometer in the oven to check the temp. When the beeper sounded to tell me the oven was at 350, I looked at the thermometer and it was showing about 320. I left the oven on while I prepared my recipe and even the oven came on and off during that time, it never got up to 350. I tinkered with the temp until I finally got it up to 350 according to the oven thermometer, but the oven had to be set on 377 degrees for it to get to 350. Mine is a gas range, but I wouldn't think that would have anything to do with the temp. I bought the stove from Lowes and it took forever for them to get it, but that's another story. Should have taken that as an omen that I wasn't in for a good ride.
