We bought this 4 months ago. The steam clean is nice for light dirt. The center burner does not heat grill evenly and the front right burner has no value to me. Like the bread proofing option. The oven seems to have even heat.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

while samsung does well with entertainment items they fall way short on appliances. i do a lot if cooking snd regretably the duo oven has many shortcoming on the oven side. the top convection compartment burns food more than cooks as it heat comes from the top. the bottom compartment is small. cannot use the duo feature if cooking a turkey. also after 3 years the oven does not heat appropriately, undercooked, and needs constant calibration. its a constant source if frustration.

Works well, but some really annoying features.

I have had my range for a few months now. It cooks well, and I do like the controls for the most part. However, there are a few things that I really dislike. The normal cooking burner is in the back, while the boiling burner is in the front. The on button is super sensitive, and if I lean over the stove and bump into it, it turns on when I don't want it to. The part of the stove that I really HATE (yes, hate hate hate hate hate) is the slide out rack. There is an awful lip in the front center making it IMPOSSIBLE to slide out pans. I baked a pizza tonight (which is what finally prompted me to write this review). I had a terrible time trying to get out the pan. In my old oven, I could just slide it out super easily. Every time I bake, this is like a thorn in my side. It was something that I didn't even think about before my purchase, and looking back, I likely would have looked for a stove that did NOT have this feature (yes, it's THAT bad).

Love the versatility of this oven

I purchased about four months ago. I am in love with this oven. It heats quickly and evenly. The double oven is so versatile. AND, I love the air fryer. No need to purchase another clumsy appliance to air fry. This oven does it all.

i received compensation for this review but the review is my own. i replaced my old thermador range with the samsung flex duo range and i love it. i just have it delivered it and i am still learning how to use it but so far i've been very happy with it. it looks great, it is easy to use and the burners seem to be more powerful than my previous ones. i can recommend this product without hesitation.
