We purchased this oven in September of 2019. I put off duing a review until I had a chance to really put it to use. I am impressed with the features and the quality of the oven. I like baked food (chops, chicken, etc), therefore, the oven is always in use. The controlls are well designed, easy to use, and intuitive. The

temperature is always 25% to 30% lower than the setting. no software updates for the oven. cant cook with it ; not reliable.what an awful oven.

We have had this oven for 15 months now and it has had to be serviced three times. The WiFi connectivity stopped working with the firmware update in Nov. 2017 and has not worked since. It has very inconsistent heat distribution. If the features worked as advertised then it would have been an excellent oven. However they don't, so it is not an excellent oven. I do not recommend this oven at all.
