After installed; which they did not do properly, I got a sensor error when using the reheat button. I had to also stop it before time and it was extremely hot; not what you would expect from a reheat. I was told they would report that and ask for another one to be exchanged. I haven’t heard anything. There seems to be a defect with the sensor.

Awesome Microwave and the color matches my stove perfect! Excellent quality and durability. The control panel is easy to use. Easy installation and the paper template is an easy way to drill the holes where you need to for the install. Thank you GE for another great product!
