The microwave is quiet and functions are easy and simple to use. So far very please. This was our last piece to buy to complete the black slate appliances. Beautiful. Only one small issue. The surface light bulb lasted only a few seconds before failing. Looking like a bulb so far is all.

First big thing was defrosting 1lb of frozen ground beef . It defrosted it perfectly even beeped and told me to flip it 1/2 way through. Hamburger meat was perfectly thawed out without over cooking it

Bought this to replace our broken above the range microwave. The good. Looks good in our kitchen, has great features, and runs quieter than any microwave we've owned. Now for the bad. Instructions for hanging were to long and not some for us lay people and when I opened the box found NO owner manual/ Instructions how to use all the fancy features! And that is way I gave you 4 stars and not 5!
