bought 5 months back. it looks very nice, works great, we tried baking, frying and mwaving, all good. but glass turntable just cracked today. going to try 1 yr part+labor warranty now. thanks.

the only way to make this work is by slamming the door. customer service told us out of warranty, we bought a new house less than a year ago but the warranty ran out 15 mths ago!
