i bought this microwave, but the turning plate seem like it sticks to something under the plate, it seems like it scrap on something then have a hard time turning? any ideas? i love the microwave, works great. also, hope they make the 27" trim kit available.

looks great but the user guide is so vague and missing so much information. the only way you’ll be able to use all the functions you’re paying for is if you watch a few youtube videos from customers.

i bought this microwave, waited a month to get it to find that it didn't come with the trim kit which was a must because it was intended to be built into our cabinets. the pictures are deceiving and there is no disclaimer that it is sold separately. called samsung cust service, transferred from one department to another and 2 hours on the phone for them to say they don't sell the trim kit. all other online carriers are out of stock until march 2021. this microwave is going back to samsung. if you need the trim kit do not buy this product.

i have to have matching appliances and was deciding between bosch, whirlpool and samsung. absolutely love our samsung kitchen! honestly, this microwave isn't the most attractive, so we mounted it in the island. but it works great! so many cooking options, and baked potatoes turned out better than when i grill them.

perfect for our daily use, and look great. quality is also great and so far no issues. one thing i would say is the time control is bit not normal in the sense i can not set the timer for 13seconds :) because the number pad is not available and you can only go up and down by 10sec or 30sec. secondly it difficult to adjust clock, you can only set the clock after plug in, so for adjustment you have to unplug and plug back in. i think samsung can consider these for future design and models.
