Being my first exposure to a convection/microwave combo oven, I admit to being skippable. However, after several usages, I am convinced that the process really does work and that this Samsung oven achieves all its' promised goals. It is enabling me to do cooking procedures quicker and more efficient while enjoying power savings, speed and decreased kitchen heat build-up. A most enjoyable cooking experience which I would most heartily recommend to anyone.

Nicely designed and easy to use. Have had for only one week. Only problem is that the clock feature is not working while trying to change the minutes. Unfortunately, have not been able to get service to repair in my area so will continue using in case there are other problems before returning.
