The first thing that makes this a great product is that it replaces several products. This is important when space is a premium. The accessories provided are highly useful. The unit itself is very attractive & relatively quiet in its operation. I love the drop down door design! I also am starting to love the design of the control panel. It gives you the feeling that you're operating a food replicator in a sci-fi movie! This is a different animal than most microwaves so there is a lengthy learning curve. Don't lose the manual!!! This unit has replaced a traditional, more powerful microwave so there is an increase in the time it take to heat or cook things. That being said, everything actually tastes better with this unit & that's far more important!

This is a spectacular appliance. It is great for reheating leftovers that don't normally reaheat well in a conventional microwave. For example, fried chicken, fries and other food can be heated by using the convection feature and they maintain their texture.
