I have had a micro convection oven for over 30 years, however this is the 1st time a Samsung was purchased as a Mother's Day present...My oven sits 13 inches from the countertop, therefore the open door from the top is not desirable, I stand 5' tall and I am having difficulty reaching into the oven... What are your suggestions? HELP . I also do not like the panel of instructions at the top of the oven, they are vague and difficult to understand,,I guess this is not the model for me...What to do.

I baked homemade biscuits with a tester in the power convection mode and the others in the oven. The one in the Samsung rose more, was more moist, and was baked more quickly! Then I split the biscuits, butter the tops and grill for a bit to brown them under my broiler. In the Samsung, I used the grill mode on the crusty plate on the rack. They crisp browned to perfection and not as dried out as the ones in the oven. I've made garlic toast in minutes for dinner with no heat in the house! Next are cookies, casseroles and some baking tries. Love It!

While many people may already have oven and microwave built-in to the kitchen, for those people who move around or portable oven/microwave option (portable as in be able to take it with you when you move), this is an excellent choice. Regular microwave feature works as expected and the convection oven is just something I have never known to exist and it's REALLY good. You may think it might be too expensive, but I would still recommend it for the price!

We needed an oven that could take the place of a toaster oven and a microwave. This is the ONLY oven that can do both jobs. OUTSTANDING!
