This microwave came with the built-in appliances of a new home two years ago. I am moving and will buy this microwave again and have it built into my new home. as I am spoiled now with it's features. I had never had a "crisp" convection microwave before so got out the manual to learn how to use it - and so glad I did! The Crisp feature is the best thing they've come up with in a microwave.....No need for a toaster oven. Cook pizza in it, French fries. I even "fried" breaded catfish in it. Done in 4 minutes with no mess/smell!
