was so excited about this smart enabled cooktop. numerous calls, time lost and people over it still doesn't work (3 months+). iot is an after thought i regret getting samsung. svc is super bad!

The cooktop arrived today and having difficulty fitting into the counter top. The wifi knob is large and the backsplash wall pervents the cooktop from fitting into the counter top opening.
