We like the 5 burners and the look of the stove but it’s VERY DIFFICULT to clean. We’re used to wiping our old stove after every use but the grates are too heavy for me to lift and the grease just doesn’t come clean. The center burner had a gold covering which started peeling within the first month which makes it look terrible now.

I am in love with new 36" Gas Cooktop with 22K BTU Dual Power Burner in Black Stainless Steel, I enjoy cooking more, makes life easier, all the features are just awesome, love the LED lights when my burner is on, the flame is just powerful and beautiful. Love the cast iron griddle, is heavy and high quality, easy to clean and cooks perfectly my food. The design of this cooktop is just beautiful, Fingerprint Resistant & Black Stainless Steel. Love the 5 burners, easy to cook a lot of things at the same time, except if you are cooking with huge pots. The best thing it has WIFI, so in case I forgot if I leave a burner on I just can check on my phone. Overall I truly love my Samsung Cooktop, which works awesome, easy to clean, cook, and looks beautiful! I cook more often now and I enjoy every single thing about it!

cooktop came with broken griddle, called over 15 times to have it replaced & samsung would not replace. i ordered & paid for replacement griddle. i will never buy a samsung product again.

overall it is a nice cooktop with high output; however i think there is a design flaw. when cooking for for 30+ mins, the metal knob get really hot; you can't touch without glove

Have been enjoying the cook top for 3 months now. We replaced an aging gas cook top and have been delighted with the features and the performance. The simmer is truly simmer and the high heat really is high. The accessories work like they are supposed to work. It is a delight to use.
