Bought it back in February 2018. It's ok for short people. I'm 5'10 and my wife is 5'7 and we really need to bend down to see what is on the shelves. The shelves are way too deep and stuff literally gets lost in the back and is hard to get to. Refrig lighting is not directed toward the lower or back shelves and we need a flashlight to see back there. Freezer lighting is bright, but shelf has a space across the bottom and food falls through. Would not buy again -- originally bought as it was only one that would fit in the space.

We just received this fridge as a replacement to one of the Whirlpool Side by Sides. We didn't care for the side by side as it was way too loud. This one was delivered and installed yesterday, and what we have found so far is that we cannot leave the refrigerator control at the Recommended level 3. If we do, temps in the door are over 47 degrees F. I had to drop it between 4 and 5 (closer to 5) just to get it to 38 degrees F, even after an entire day. At this point we will just wait and see how it goes. Can someone from Whirlpool comment, please?

This was just about the only refrigerator that fit in our space so my options were pretty limited to start. I chose this one because it held the most in cubic foot and had other options I liked. I was very excited to get it. It was set up then the I saw the glaring dimple in the front of the frig where they changed the handle! Every photo of this refrigerator has this hole photo shopped out. I know my world will go on but the look of the frig is ruined for me. I was excited for a clean new smooth look, now it looks like there was a defect in the door. Please, be honest about your product, show the plug in the front door of the refrigerator. I'm really quite disappointed right now. Let's hope the frig itself doesn't let me down.
