I bought this fridge for the garage for beer Right off the bat it would only get to 40 degrees at best So i called Samsung and they sent out a tech who couldnt find anything wrong with it So he changes the inside panel with the fan and sensor He said it is not designed to be used in the garage and i should put it in the house So i did (This required me to remove the doors off the fridge and of the house) The fridge was actually warmer in the house by at least 2 degrees So the fridge goes back into the garage removing and replacing all the doors So i call Samsung and request a replacement but they say i have to have at least three techs come out before they can do a replacement so i set up another tech to come out The day before the tech is supposed to come they email me saying they called and could not reach me so they are canceling the tech (They never called MY house ) So i call again and set up another tech to come out So he comes out and cant find anything wrong so he changes the logic board I give it a couple weeks but it still wont get below 40 degrees So another tech comes out and i finely convince them to replace the fridge After all that the new fridge is exactly the same I contact Samsung and they tell me i need to start over and have three techs come out The first tech comes out and tells me i have to put the fridge inside before he can troubleshoot it So off and back on with all the doors again I call for another tech and the day before he is supposed to come i get an email from Samsung Again they say they cant reach me by phone and cancel the tech At this point i have had enough and put the fridge back in the garage I end up buying a different brand and sold this fridge at a big loss just to get it out of the garage I used to think that Samsung products were the cream of the crop Now i cringe every time i see a Samsung product on sale

So far, this refrigerator exceeds my expectations. In fact, we think it might be too nice for a garage refrigerator. Our cheaper fridge quit unexpectedly, so we were searching for a replacement. With Covid, there were a limited amount of choices. Luckily, we liked this model. It’s been great so far.

We purchased this model after a problem with a bottom freezer style refrigerator. It's a bit difficult to organize but once you have it figured out, it's easy to manage. My only issue is that if there is too much weight on the door, it doesn't shut completely. Ice maker works great, but be sure the ice tray is pushed all the way back.

Purchased this refrigerator a month ago, has plenty of space (both freezer and refrigerator. The temperature control does not go as low as I would like, even on the lowest setting several parts of the refrigerator are above the 40 degrees recommended. The outside finish is not totally smudge proof as advertised.
