I got this fridge because mine died Labor Day weekend, I have an old house so narrow doorways and it was in stock- a big feat after the pandemic delaying all appliances. This is fridge is nothing fancy. It literally keeps your stuff cold and that’s it. It’s not gorgeous to look at. The interior shelves are wire there isn’t even a cheese drawer. I got some fridge organizers and it’s been fine. It does it’s one job super well though and it’s been reliable and energy efficient. That’s all I’m asking of it anyway. It’ll eventually move to the basement for our overflow fridge but for now it’s doing it’s job.

This is by far the worse fridge I've ever owned. Bar none. The motor sounds like a plane trying to take off. The lighting is almost non existent with LED's you can't even replace. Why not a bulb? Why tiny little LED's attached to the main board? Even worse, this page actually brags about them! Like they are a good feature. One of the drawers can't pull out because the fridge door is too thick and can't open fully unless you have 180 degree clearance for the door. The black finish scratches so easily, this thing will be silver in a year. I really needed a fridge quick. Shame on me for trusting this brand. I will never buy this brand again.

Several previous online reviews indicated how quiet this model is, which was the primary factor involved in the purchase. It was not as quiet as I was let to believe, but it is quieter than the 20+ years old model that I had.

I've had this appliance for 3 months and all I hear is a loud, grinding motor sound. Ice crystals forming on items in the freezer. I had a similar Hotpoint for 11 years and never had a problem. I find it ridiculous that I have to get a repair of a fridge only 3 months used.
