Grr!!! Starting to hate this fridge AND Whirlpool

We bought this and initially were very happy about the space compared to our old fridge. But then, while it was still new, the deli flexi drawer support broke. I am currently on hold (29 minutes and counting) for the fourth time trying to get the correct part sent to us. They sent us the incorrect part three times then in giving up the customer service rep said she would send me the schematics of the fridge with the part numbers and I could just order it myself. 2 weeks later...still haven't gotten that email from her. I realize this sounds stupid but the refrigerator is just not useful without this part and we would NOT have purchased it. Also a minor point but aggravating..when you FINALLY reach a customer service rep it sounds like there are 20 people in a 9 x 9 room all on phones from 1976.

Somewhat smaller than my previous fridge but that is fine as shelves are adjustable. One negative aspect is that the beverage holders on the door do not easily accommodate large bottles (i.e. gallon of milk). I must also mention that the light is obscurely placed in the center area and has no protective cover over the bulb which presents a hazard when placing and removing top shelf items. Fingerprint resistant coating on outside of door would be a plus.

Still getting used to having a top freezer this time. Disappointed that it does not come with an ice bucket or ice cube trays. IT can be noisy at times. I do not feel that the stainless steel finish is fingerprint resistant. It shows everything.
